March 15, in Uzhgorod there will celebrations of the anniversary of the Hungarian revolution of 1848-49. The venue: Uzhgorod, Sandor Petofi monument. The beginning is at 18:00

According to the director of the Uzhgorod Children School of Arts Nataliya Hromova, the bust of Sandor Petofi will be delivered from Budapest to Uzhgorod. This is the gift of the Hungarian Ministry of Culture to the Museum of Sandor Petofi, which has been operating since 1991 under the auspices of the Uzhgorod art school. It was established on the initiative of the Hungarian Consulate and the School since it is situated in a former hotel "Black Eagle", where the great poet of Hungary once stopped, reported the Transcarpathian tourist information portal.
