Czechs inspected Vynogradiv district and were satisfied

Recently, the delegation of the Vysocina region (Czech Republic), led by the head of regional administration Zdenek Kadlec, visited Vynogradiv district. The Regional Council Chairman Ivan Baloha and Director of the "VIZA" Foundation Volodymyr Chubirko came together with foreign guests.

The District Council Chairman Oleg Lyubimov, met with the delegation, during which the parties discussed the progress of the project being implemented in the district in cooperation between Vysocina and Transcarpathia, and discussed proposals for cooperation in 2013.

In order to review the submitted proposals for social facilities and to discuss the implementation of projects, the delegation visited Vynogradiv school № 8 and Novoselytsya village council.   Novoselytsya village head Victor Voron showed the guests the building of the kindegarten in the most mountainous village of the district, the windows of which need to be replaced. Therefore, this proposal will be included in the program of cooperation.

Vynogradiv district already has an experience of a successful project with the "VIZA" foundation within the cooperation between Vysocina and Transcarpathia. In 2010, the reconstruction of the Shyroke secondary school was carried out, where they replaced some roofing and replaced windows with energy-efficient ones.
