Against trash – with a united front!

In Uzhgorod "Let’s Make Ukraine Clean" campaign will unite the public.

We shall not accept garbage. We shall act! – This was the slogan for event page on facebook calling the caring citizens of Uzhgorod to take part in the event aimed to clean the state not with public utilities efforts but with volunteers’ will.

"Let’s Make Ukraine Clean" is a public initiative. "We want to make our living space environmentally friendly!" – say activists. Anyone who wants the same thing may join us on April 20, armed with gloves and garbage packages.

"On April 20, 2013, 100,000 Ukrainian will gather to manually remove garbage from the streets of their cities! Join and gather your friends and acquaintances. Let your favorite park or street will be clean! The more people – the less waste! "- call initiators. They inform that in Uzhgorod the main locations for cleaning are Bozdosh park and Botanical garden of UzhNU (forest at Shakhta district), but anyone can take the initiative and clean on their own streets and yards.
