Today, the 19th of May, in the village of Chinadiyevo near Mukachevo, the international festival of medieval culture "Silver Tatosh" finished. For two days in the "St. Miklos" fortress visitors could see real brave knights and beautiful ladies, archery, learn pottery craft or lively Irish dance, listen to authentic music and to do circle dances.
In the courtyard of the castle, a real medieval fair was conveniently located; in the tiltyards there were massive battles, and inside a fenced area – swordfighting duels. On the smaller stage, the historical dance club "Pantera" was demonstrating traditional Irish dancing, and later they also held a master class for everyone. Also, reenactors showed their skills in reproducing historical realities.
And the festival finished on Sunday with the "final round" of the knight tournament and awarding of winners.
