On Tuesday, May 14, the head of RSA Oleksandr Ledyda held a public reception. Residents of Perechyn, Uzhgorod, Velyky Berezny, Tyachiv districts and the city of Uzhgorod came to the head of the region to ask for help.
Representatives of Maly Berezny Vocational School No. 33 staff asked to reconsider the decision to merge them with Perechyn vocational school. Oleksandr Ledyda said: the school was recently inspected by the commission that found out that the student attendance did not exceed 30-40%. Also the physical infrastructure is too old to train specialized workers according to the requirements of employers.
The Head of the Department of Education, Science, Youth and Sports of the Regional State Administration Marianna Klyap will visit the school for a more detailed study of the situation.
Resident of the village of Solotvyno came to the head of the region to ask for help in solving the issue of home renovation. His house, which is located near the old salt mines, has suffered damage due to deformation of soil. The house will be examined by a commission. As an option, the resident of Solotvyno may be resettled to the new complex in Tereblya.
Books of Mr. Yuri, who lives in Uzhgorod, have already been published. Today, he turned to the head of the region to facilitate the publication of another one. According to the author, the publication will be of interest to those involved in tourism. The proposition on the book publication under the "Support for the publication of books by Transcarpathian authors" program will be considered by the department of Information and Public Relations of the Regional State Administration.
Also Transcarpathians appealed on issues of employment, assistance in medical treatment, providing financial assistance. These issues will be considered by relevant departments. Oleksandr Ledyda ordered to solve every problem as soon as possible.
