Children's Railway: nothing but frustration (PHOTOS)

Those in Uzhgorod who happen to take a look at the narrow-gauge children's railway from the vehicle bridge near the "Pidzamkovy" park may miss a beat of a heart: the railroad is not there. It seems it has been dismantled! However, if you look closely, the track is still there - it is covered with weeds and ... building materials.

Construction workers are working right on the track - probably the same ones who erect the object associated with the former mayor of Uzhgorod Serhiy Ratushnyak.

As has reported, last year the tracks here were overwhelmed with felled trees. Although the children's railway has not been functioning for several years, but the track is owned by the state and to damage it is an offense.

Recall that in late March, members of the city council at the session decided to take the children's railway to the balance of the city, but only to decide whether to privatize it and what else to do with it later. Lviv Directorate of Ukrainian Railways, that had owned the track before, demanded not to privatize the facility.
