Vartsaba on car arsons: there has been no progress in the investigation

As for the investigation of intentional arsons of cars belonging to Transcarpathians and foremost residents of Uzhgorod, including well-known names, - no luck.

This was recognized by the General Vasyl Vartsaba at the press conference that summarized five months of work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region.

The head of the police said: "Yes, we have the problem of car arsons. However, luckily, within this month there has been no arson.   An operational investigative group of seven people has been formed, and we take measures. Believe me, we already have serious information about the people who committed the crimes. It will be difficult to prove it - because, you know, no trace remains. Though... we have DNA from some scenes. There will be people who are suspected of this crime, there will be criminal examination. I think the crimes will be disclosed. This is all I can say about arsons. We are working, believe me, the group report to me every Wednesday...".

Recall that yesterday Vasyl Vartsaba promised to hunt for drivers, who violate traffic rules, together with citizens.
