“Opora” will announce the results of EIT-2013 in Transcarpathia

On Thursday, June 27, at 13.00 in Uzhgorod Press Club there will be a press conference "The results of the EIT-2013 in Transcarpathian region:
opinion of public observers."

The coordinator of public observation of the OPORA in Transcarpathian region Svyatoslav Babilya will tell about the peculiarities of the external testing in 2013, including the compliance with the EIT procedures by the staff and participants, the so-called "technological breaks" and the use of metal detectors at the testing stations.

Traditionally, on the basis of observation results, the OPORA will give recommendations for improving the procedures for the preparation and organization of the EIT in the next year, which will be sent to the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment.

The OPORA in Transcarpathian region observed the conducting of the EIT on ten subjects: Chemistry, Ukrainian Language and Literature (two sessions), Foreign Language, Russian Language, Mathematics (two sessions), Geography, History of Ukraine (two sessions), Physics, Biology and World Literature. Public observation covers all nine regional centers of education quality assessment and is conducted in 16 regions of Ukraine.
