In Transcarpathia, border guards detained Georgians

At night, using a portable infrared imager, border guards of the "Knyahynya" unit of the Chop detachment detained illegal migrants.

Border guards noticed the violators as soon as they began to move toward the state border. When they approached the barrier fence, the police detained the unknowns. During the initial questioning, the men reported that they were citizens of Georgia and intended to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine to Western Europe.

The detainees were taken to the border guard department for preparation of administrative legal documents.
