The exhibition of abstract paintings by a student of Transcarpathian Art Institute Oleksandra Stemberska opened in the Transcarpathian Museum of Folk Architecture and Life.
"Emptiness and subconscious" is the title of the young abstractionist's exhibition. "Anyone who wants to know the full depth of the secret world of creativity may visit this philosophical and psychological exhibition. In these paintings one can find the reflection of the feelings that can not be expressed in words" - the author of works writes on the official event page in "VKontakte".
Oleksandra explains the title of the exhibition: "Emptiness is a broad term and can be perceived differently. For example, the inner emptiness can be filled with emotions, thoughts, feelings ... as a result of this, a void appears. One has to find himself completely, to feel the pleasure of life. This is the knowing and acceptance of the world by the inner self. Visiting the exhibition, you can see and feel it in my paintings.
Speaking more globally, the emptiness is everything that is around us, all that is interconnected, there is nothing in and out of itself and nothing is eternal. Emptiness is what everything comes from and where it then disappears. When we see a phenomenon "as is", we can think of something like a permanent nature, or think that nothing exists, that everything is an illusion without any reality. To understand this, we need to imagine that everything that exists is connected with energy. The reality does not exist without the mind that defines it" - she says.
The exhibition runs to June 19.
