Baloha defined summer vacation goal for the opposition

According to Victor Baloha, European integration initiative in Ukraine must come "from the bottom".

"As of today, 244 local councils at various levels in Transcarpathia have appealed to the leaders of the state with the sole suggestion – to go to the European Union" – Victor Baloha wrote on his page on facebook.

"If all the neighboring regions, local councils in the Center and conscious deputies of the East and South (I am sure they are there) do the same, the President will receive thousands of letters in support of European integration.

And since local councils represent the will of the communities that elected them, and they are closer to the people, it is actually a popular referendum from the bottom. And this is something that can be an achievable goal for the public and the opposition on summer vacation" – Baloha said.
