The longest Midsummer Night wreath in Ukraine was woven In Transcarpathia (photo)

At the Midsummer celebration, held in Transcarpathian village of Lumshory, they wove a 400 meters long wreath, the Tribuna reported. This is the longest wreath in Ukraine, since the previous record was set in Kyiv region in 2011. Then, the wreath's length was 300 m.

It is known that on the night of the 6th to the 7th of July, Ukrainians celebrate the Midsummer Night, the main attributes of which are green wreaths, water and bonfire.
