Today, July 29, Transcarpathian Court of Appeal decided to refer the materials of the infamouse case of Pavlo Nahirny to Khust Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office for consideration according to the general procedure.
A panel of judges consisting of A. Marchuk (chairman), F. Votkanych and I. Stan decided to change the ruling of the Khust City Court.
Recall that Pavlo Nahirny was a participant of the fatal accident that occurred last fall. Then, two people – a mother and daughter – died, another two children with serious injuries were hospitalized.
At the court meeting, Khust Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office defended their position on the return of the case to be considered according to the general procedure. According to Khust Interdistrict Prosecutor Ivan Kailo, this decision will allow to take measures to put Nahirny on the international wanted list. The prosecutor promised that this would be the next step.
