The initiative of violator rating, suggested in social networks, begins to be realized. The first "nominee" was suggested by our reader Vadim.

"I can not just watch how this driver every day, ignoring all the comments, parks on the sidewalk, and in a pedestrian area to boot, near the office of the National Bank in Uzhgorod.Moreover, his example is followed by clerks of the Bank, who also leave their cars on the sidewalk. Perhaps he is some important big boss in the Bank, since he can do anything he wants – the author of the photographs writes. – In connection with the above, I consider this violator to be a chief, a so-called "dominant violator."
