Today, Uzhgorod police department received the call from a 25-year-old Oksana, a local resident, the site of the regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed.
The woman, who works in one of the city credit unions, told the police that a 60-year-old female resident of Mukachevo district had come to her office to ask for a loan.
During the meeting, there was a misunderstanding between them. The visitor was outraged that they were checking her documents for too long. She started a fight, and then took out a 0.5 liters bottle of liquid with the smell of gasoline and poured it on a chair in the office. She then threatened to ignite it.
Employees of the office extinguished the fire with the available materials.
During the conversation with the police, the arsonist said that she only wanted to scare the employees of the institution who denied her a loan.
