At the next session of the City Council to be held on July 25, Mukachevo deputies plan to adopt new rules of beautification, maintenance of cleanliness, order of maintenance and cleaning of streets, yard areas, parks, gardens of Mukachevo. The new rules establish a new order for repair works in the city and regulate landscaping of surrounding areas.
The document stipulates that the construction and installation of kiosks, pavilions, stalls, fencing, fences, tents for various purposes, means of advertising and outdoor trading may be carried out only on the basis of the developed project or permit issued in due course. Entrepreneurs will be obliged to paint hardscaping elements at least once a year.
Also, they will ban to asphalt mosaic and sett coatings in Mukachevo. They will also prohibit to paint sculptures, monuments, memorials. During construction works, owners will be obliged to install a fence and information boards indicating the contractor responsible for the works, the period of completion, telephone number to obtain additional information. When trading beer, entrepreneurs will have to install the required number of toilets and conduct their timely maintenance.
Works on cleaning of main streets and adjacent sidewalks will be performed primarily at night and finished by 7 am in summer, and by 8 am in winter. According to the rules, trash bins should be kept in proper aesthetic, technical condition and emptied daily from 6 to 9 am.
