Irshava police appeal to trade workers' conscience

Officers of the Department of Criminal Police for Minors of the Irshava District Police asked the trade workers to comply strictly with applicable law: not to sell tobacco products, alcoholic and soft drinks to children. "When you sell alcohol and cigarettes to children consider that someone may offer smoke or drink to your child. And no one can tell what may happen after that ..." - the statement, posted on the website of the regional office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reads.

Not relying exclusively on the conscience of retailers, the police just in case remind, "In February 2010, the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning restrictions on consumption and sale of beer and soft drinks" entered into force. This law amends the Code on administrative offenses of Ukraine, particularly Article 156, which provides for banning the sale of beer, spirits, alcoholic beverages or tobacco products to persons under the age of 18 years.

Violation of rules of tobacco, alcoholic or low-alcohol beverages sale is punishable by a fine of thirty to one hundred untaxed minimum incomes of citizens."

Не личить порядній газеті використовувати подібний сленг і забити під плінтус пару мільйонів українців...ну зовсім не личить
