In Transcarpathia, border guards again detained Georgian citizens

Border guards of the "Huta" unit of the Chop detachment detained a group of illegal immigrants.

The guardians received the information about unknown people heading towards the state border. Within minutes, on the outskirts of the village of Sukha Huta, border guards found and arrested four unknown persons. The men had no documents and during the oral questioning they reported that they were citizens of Georgia and intended to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine and continue their journey to Western Europe.

Another native of Caucasus was detained by border guards of the "Tisa" unit. The man admitted that he was a citizen of Georgia and also intended to illegally cross the border outside border crossing points and without documents.

The detainees were taken to the border guard units for the preparation of administrative and legal documents - the press service of the Western regional office of the State Border Service of Ukraine reported
