Transcarpathian Theater invited a guest director

Transcarpathian Ukrainian Regional Drama Theater named after Sherehiy brothers invited the famous Kyiv director Serhiy Arkhipchuk to produce a play.

On the Theatre Day, March 27, there will be the premiere of the youth drama "Meine Liebe Vira" based on the play by Oleksandr Gavroche. This is the fourth guest director who has produced performances in Uzhgorod over the past few years.


Serhiy Arkhipchuk is a director of a wide range. Has acting and directing education. He is an Honored Artist of Ukraine. He has directed performances at the National Opera of Ukraine, in Donetsk, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Chernivtsi, Cherkasy, ​​Kolomyia. The opera "Nabucco", produced at the Donetsk Opera, has toured in Europe. He is the founder and the head of the Kyiv poetic theater "Mushlya." He has directed such famous festivals as "Chervona Ruta" and "Taras Bulba." He received Wagner scholarship in Germany.
