There may be re-election in Pavlo Baloha's constituency
The Supreme Administrative Court ordered the Central Election Commission to hold re-election in constituencies 11 and 71.
This follows from the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court dd. February 8, 2013, which was handed down on the claim of Yuriy Karmazin, Yevhen Uhlya and Anatoliy Datsko against the CEC.
The court found the results of parliamentary election in single-member constituencies number 11 (Vinnytsya) and number 71 (Transcarpathian region), where Oleksandr Dombrovsky and Pavlo Baloha, respectively, were elected, unreliable.
The court overturned the resolution of the CEC regarding the registration of these deputies and deprived them of the status and powers of the deputies of Ukraine.
The Supreme Administrative Court also found it impossible to determine the results of the parliamentary election held on October 28, 2012 in single-member constituencies number 11 and number 71 and ordered to hold re-election in these constituencies.
As reported, on November 10, 2012, the Central Election Commission declared Pavlo Baloha the elected deputy.
December 13, 2012, deputy of Ukraine, member of the "United Center" party Pavlo Baloha wrote a statement of withdrawal from the Party of Regions faction in the Verkhovna Rada. According to the press service of the "United Center", the appropriate document was submitted to the newly elected chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak.
Pavlo Baloha is a brother of the former Minister of Emergencies of Ukraine, deputy of the 7th convocation Victor Baloha.
