Revenue to the budget increased by 35.7 million - the municipality reported

At the regular meeting of the Executive Committee they analyze the implementation of the Programme for the socio-economic development and the budget for the year 2012. The revenue to the budget increased by 35.7 million and wage arrears decreased by 688,000 UAH. As for capital investments - last year they were fulfilled only at 48%, i.e. 8,150,000 UAH.

The inadequate performance is associated with improper tender procedures - the newly appointed head of the Department of Capital Construction, City Council member Oleksandr Doktor comments. He said the repayment of debt for the past year (for the works performed) is only 10%, "objects of medicine are in a terrible state."

Petro Kharevych, the acting head of the financial management and deputy mayor reported about the revenue to the budget. He voiced the analysis of the performance of activities to fill the budget. Conclusion: the year 2012 was finished without arrears of wages in the public sector. Upon this the consideration of the issue was finished. Unfortunately, most figures remain "murky" because the draft decisions, despite the demands, were published without attachments. And they, in fact, contain the factual part.

In conclusion, the Mayor Victor Pogorelov said: they would forward to the Transcarpathian enforcement service a letter, in which they would express their displeasure that because of legal actions, including the arrest of accounts, the city budget fell short of about 12 million hryvnias.
