State financial inspection in the Transcarpathian region found violations of financial discipline in UzhNU at more than 68.9 million hryvnias, in TSU – at more than 1.2 million hryvnias. This was reported by the deputy of Ukraine Lilia Hrynevych on her Facebook page, informed "Zakarpattya online".
In the copy of the document received by the MP under her parliamentary inquiry, it is stated: "The inspection of Uzhgorod National University revealed violations of financial discipline in total at more than 68.9 million hryvnias. The materials of the inspection have been submitted to the Transcarpathian regional police department, and criminal proceedings have been opened.
The inspection of Transcarpathian State University revealed violations of financial discipline in total at more than 1.2 million hryvnias. The results of the inspection have been reported to the Prosecutor of Transcarpathian region.
However, the specified control measures did not reveal any violations of legislation on scholarship provision."
As stated in the document, the inspection was performed in the second half of 2012, ie before the student "rebellion" against allegations of the UzhNU Rector Fedir Vashchuk about changing the scholarship score in UzhNU, which resulted in the inquiry of the MP L.Hrynevych.
