Ledyda plans to solve Vashchuk's financial problems at the expense of the regional budget
Regional State Administration has developed a program of energy efficiency and energy conservation in Uzhgorod National University for 2013-2015. Under this program, the administration offers to allocate from the regional budget more than eight million hryvnias for the university.
The program was developed at the request of the head of the University Fedir Vashchuk to the Governor Oleksandr Ledyda.
The program is supposed to solve problems with heating of the university at the expense of Transcarpathian taxpayers. Thus, it is proposed to conduct energy audit of buildings and structures of the University, replace windows and doors with energy efficient ones, upgrade electrical networks, install combined meters. Also it is proposed to build autonomous boiler rooms for dental and economic faculties of UzhNU.
