121 candidates are competing for 5 seats in the regional council

121 candidates to Transcarpathian Regional Council were registered today, February 5. Exactly this number of applications have been filed with the Transcarpathian DEC as of 18.00, today.

12 present members of the commission voted for the approval of candidates unanimously. 

According to the law, tomorrow, February 6 is the last day of receiving applications from potential candidates.

The commission members voted for 121 applications for registration of candidates in a package.

That session lasted less than 10 minutes.

Election to the Transcarpathian Regional Council will be held on March 3. Previous deputies vacated their seats in the regional council, as they became members of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
