Ukraine will receive the next billions from Russia in early 2014 - Azarov
Ukraine expects to receive the next 12 billion from Russia in early 2014.

Monday, December 23, Russia acquired the first tranche of Ukrainian sovereign bonds worth 3 billion dollars.vAs you know, before that the President Vladimir Putin announced that in 2013-2015, Russia would invest up to 15 billion dollars from the SWF in bonds of Ukraine.
The first 3 billion dollars were spent on December 21. The allocation was carried under English law at the Irish Stock Exchange; the coupon is 5%, the maturity term is by the end of 2015.
