Perechyn District Police support preservation of nature

Perechyn district police officers, the chief of the public security police Yevhen Melnikov and a permit system inspector Oleksandr Hoyzan attended the meeting, which was held by the deputy head of the district state administration Ivan Pohorilyak.

The Head of Economic Development and Trade Department of the district state administration Petro Dobrotsky reported on the organization of hunting in Perechyn district.

The head of the NGO "Hunting and Fishing Association "Sokolets" Miroslav Opalenyk summarized the work of the organization for the current year. He told about the arrangements for feeding wildlife in winter, preservation and increasing of the number of wild animals in the hunting grounds, for the organization of measures to ensure a reliable prevention of and counteraction to poaching, identification and arrest of hunting rules violators. Miroslav Opalenyk said that together with the district police they continuously take measures, namely, raids and checks, in order to reveal facts of poaching and hunting rules violations.
