Officers of the internal forces blocked the roadway on Khreschatyk street near Bohdan Khmelnytsky street.
Buses with policemen arrived to Khreschatyk street, where the Kyiv City Hall, occupied by protesters, is situated, the correspondent of the Channel 5 reported.
About 200 policemen in full gear, with helmets and shields lined up in rank.
Opposition MPs have arrived at the scene and are trying to figure out why police forces arrived at the KSCA.
Also it was reported that some security forces are coming on foot from Mykhailivska Square toward the Maidan. People lined up to protect the euromaidan near the House of Trade Unions.
It was also reported about activity of security forces near the Presidential Administration building.

Meanwhile, Colonel of the Internal Forces of the MIA Serhiy Svyrydenko reported to Ukrainska Pravda that the vehicles arrived for the rotation of the soldiers.
Internal forces have not been ordered to crackdown protests on Maidan Nezalezhnosti.
This was reported by the first deputy chief of staff of the Internal Forces Oleksandr Oleshchenko.
He also said that officers of Internal Forces are involved only to ensure public order.
