Present for St. Nicholas Day: Czech Vysocina allocated 6 million korunas for investment projects in Transcarpathia

The Standing Conference of the Vysocina region adopted the budget for 2014. Under the agreements between the regional council chairman Ivan Baloha and the Hetman of Vysocina Jiri Byehounek, next year, six million korunas will be allocated from Vysochina budget to finance joint projects in Transcarpathia.

Depuries of Pardubice region will also consider the financing of projects in our region, they plan to allocate one million korunas. Also they plan to involve the Moravian-Silesian and the Zlín regions of the Czech Republic to cooperation with Transcarpathia.

Overall, over the six years of cooperation between Transcarpathia and Vysocina, they have jointly implemented 35 projects in energy conservation and reconstruction of the budget and public social and cultural institutions with a total value of over 25 million hryvnias.

This year, Vysocina have allocated nearly 6 million korunas and Transcarpathian Regional Council – more than 2 million hryvnias for implementation of 15 joint investment and a number of humanitarian and cultural projects.
