The highest level of payment for utility services among the regions of Ukraine was observed in the Transcarpathian, Lviv, Sumy and Cherkasy regions (118,9-111,0%), the lowest – in the Crimea, Volyn region and Sevastopol (99,2-99, 5 %).
This was reported by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
According to the State Statistics Service, in the first half of 2013 the population paid almost 22 billion hryvnias for utility services. The debt has decreased by 3%
The debt of the population for housing and utilities in June 2013 declined compared with May by 3%, and at the month end amounted to 11,613.1 million hryvnias.
In the first half of 2013, the population of Ukraine paid 21.9 billion hryvnias for utilities (104.7% of the sums accrued for that period).
Average charges for utility services per one personal account holder in June 2013 compared to the same period in the last year has increased by 5.9% and totaled 238.3 UAH.
