The "Pulse" of the Ministry of Income received 20 requests
This number of taxpayers appealed to the anti-corruption service "Pulse" between January and July 2013. Local authorities of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region received 15 inquiries, and Chop customs - 5.
Inquiries to the "Pulse" were coming from residents of Uzhgorod city, Uzhgorod, Irshava, Mukachevo and Tyachiv districts.
Business representatives in Transcarpathia reported to the "Pulse" about the difficulties of reporting, requested to accelerate the issuance of a certificate of deregistration of the taxpayer, the income certificate and certificate of single tax payer. Appeals, submitted to the Chop customs, concerned procedure of customs control and clearance, as well as a possible violation of customs legislation.
The Deputy Head of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region Vitaly Krychko emphasizes that the immediate response to reports, taking into account the requests and suggestions can prevent the stress and fosters a constructive dialogue with the business community.
