The construction of a new neighborhood in Tereblya will be completed in autumn (PHOTOS)
On Thursday, August 8, the acting head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Igor Svyshcho visited Tyachiv district. The head of the region visited the construction of several socially important facilities and inspected the progress of work in the village of Tereblya.
The construction of the settlement for migrants from the village of Solotvino in Tereblya has been going on for several years and is now in the final stages. Now, about 40 employees work there, but on Monday that number will increase to 250. Over the next few months, they will be fixing up the area, completing repairs in houses, schools and kindergarten. Other urgent works that still need to be done in the neighborhood are connection of electricty supply and the construction of a new branch of the water pipeline from the Tereblya river. An entire cohort of professionals are now working to address these issues. All the works should be completed in late September - early October.
- We must make every effort to mobilize resources and to to finish construction and begin resettlement as soon as possible. This issue is extremely important. The safety of hundreds of people depends on it. So I expect full commitment and professionalism from all workers and the management - Igor Svyshcho addressed the crowd.
Igor Svyshcho also visited the construction one of the largest sports complexes in the region that is now being erected in Tyachiv. Currently, works are 40% completed, over 4 million hryvnias have been invested in the building. The facility is expected to be completed year.
The works at a local art school for children and a preschool are at the final stage. The reconstruction of the school has been going on for three years and should be completed by early October. Then, more than 280 students with 28 teachers will learn in the renovated premises. By the beginning of the new academic year, the renovated kindergarten will also be ready to accept children.
