New investment projects will be implemented in Transcarpathia

On Monday, August 5, under the chairmanship of the acting head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Igor Svyshcho, there was a regular meeting of the Regional working group to review and select investment projects that can be implemented with funds borrowed under the state guarantee.

This is a series of investment projects, which have currently been developed in various cities and districts of the region and are now being prepared to be presented in Kyiv. Currently, projects of four Transcarpathian cities meet the criteria of the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers. In Uzhgorod, it is the reconstruction of street lighting (total estimated cost of the project exceeds 13 million hryvnias), in Khust - the reconstruction of city water supply system (1 million hryvnias), in Vynogradiv - the purchase of equipment for the Vynogradiv VUZHKH. In addition, two projects were proposed by Mukachevo. It is the purchase of equipment for municipal enterprises (3.9 million hryvnias) and the purchase of city passenger buses to help improve the quality of passenger trasportation service.

Currently, they are working on similar projects in other cities and districts of the region. Thus, during the meeting, members of the Working Group decided to recommend Rakhiv district administration to study the feasibility of the development of the project, which would provide for the electric heating of the public sector and residential buildings in Rakhiv.
