Most health code violations have been found in school kitchens

This summer, the State Health Inspection Service in Transcarpathia have examined 597 children's recreation and leisure facilities, where more than 82,000 children were improving their health and resting.

Most violations have been found in school leisure facilities in the organization of nutrition units: safe mode was not implemented, no daily samples, lack of equipment marking in dining rooms of children's recreation facilities, unsystematic and improper keeping of medical records at the nutrition unit, lack of medical supervision in kitchens and more.

This year around 7000 children, had the opportunity to improve their health in 33 non-urban and 3 sanatorium establishments in the region. In summer of 2013, in children's recreation and leisure facilities, no complications in acute intestinal infections and food poisoning have been registered, the official website of the State Health Inspection Service reported.
