Recently journalists of the "Visti Uzhgorodshchyny" visited the factory in Serednye. As a skilled guide, the director of "ROSS – Ukraine" LLC Victor Kostiv personally arranged a tour. In less than half an hour we visited each of the shops, starting from the raw materials storage and finishing in the packaging department.
120 people, mostly women, work here. Here they have optimal work conditions. The average salary is up to two thousand hryvnias and the ultimate success depends only on the assiduous work of seamstresses.
The company has updated technical equipment, there is an embroidering machine, which has no analogues in Ukraine.
The production capacity has significantly expanded.
Every operation is strictly regulated and limited to the relevant time period. Before delivering to the stores of the well-known West German luxury clothing manufacturer "Gary Weber", ready jeans are sent to Uzhgorod for washing. And only after that the product should be ironed.
According to Victor Kostiv, the making of one pair takes about 40 minutes. Every day, the factory produces 800 pieces. With such a production capacity, any profit for investors is out of the question. The proceeds are only enough to pay salaries and for services. In order the investments began to be profitable, they need to make a thousand pieces every day. Actually the CEO is currently working on this issue and the next year he plans to increase the production capacity.
