Transcarpathian police solved five "old" murders

During three months, 14,339 applications and reports on crimes have been registered in the Transcarpathian police. The crime rate is 44.1%. "This is one of the lowest in Ukraine. Almost all serious crimes have been solved" - the head of Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region Vasyl Vartsaba announced today, April 17, at a press conference. Also, 159 crimes of the past years have been solved: 5 murders, 6 burglaries, several robberies and more.
