Today, April 12, the Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Vilkul visits Transcarpathia. Commenting to reporters on what he saw during a helicopter flight over the region, Vilkul said: "Now we hold a retreat meeting of the State Commission for Emergency Situations, have circled most problematic locations in Transcarpathia and monitor the activities of local authorities, the MOE to prepare for flood on the Tisa and other locations in the region.
