14.04.13 at 20:30 it was reported that two residents of Svalyava born in 1988 in 1991 at 13:30 started going down by the Latorica river in a rowboat from the village of Nelipyno in Svalyava region (3 km from Svalyava). Around 14:20 near the bridge over the Latorica river in Svalyava on Verkhovynska street the boat capsized.
The citizen born in 1991 swam ashore, and his friend, holding by the boat, floated down the current and disappeared from sight. By 20:30 the citizen, who escaped, was searching his friend by himself.
At 21:40 they engaged 10 members of the staff and 1 vehicle of Svalyava rescuers, 8 officers of Svalyava District Police and 7 local residents to search for the citizen born in 1988. The search continues.
