In Transcarpathia, taxpayers are more conscientious than those in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk

Tomorrow, April 9, in Transcarpathia, the winners of the regional round of the annual rating "Conscientious taxpayers 2012" will be awarded.

The rating was launched by the Taxpayers Association of Ukraine and has been held for the third consecutive year. The nominees are selected initially in the districts of the region. They are evaluated by categories: small, medium and large businesses. There are several criteria, and the amount of taxes and fees is not definitive - the most important the company's attitude to laws, obligations, rules of business. They take into account the ratio of the amount of income tax paid to income received, completeness and timeliness of payments, fiscal discipline, the average salary for the company, the number of jobs, the percentage of the amounts spent on social programs and charity events to the profit and the amount of taxes and fees paid over the last year.

According to the head of the regional branch of the Taxpayers Association of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region Martha Voloshchuk, in the first year of the rating - 2010, there were 29 participants and 9 winners, the next year - 56 and 12 winners, this year - 75 participants, 17 winners.

In May, the award ceremony will take place at the national level. In two previous years, there have been 4 winners at nationwide level from Transcarpathia. And this is despite the fact that, for example, such powerful regions as Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk have won 2-3 awards, and last year more than 5 regions had not a single enterprise awarded at the ceremony in Kyiv.
