From the beginning of the year, the traffic policemen in Transcarpathian region have detected 6 facts of passenger transportation by the persons who were in a state of intoxication.
Thus, during targeted actions in Uzhgorod, a minibus, which at that time was carrying the passengers, was stopped. The driver of the car had obvious signs of intoxication, which was later confirmed by the doctors. The driver is threatened with punishment under Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, the degree of punishment will be imposed by the court, – informed the Administartion of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region.
