Rakhiv district: schoolchildren instead of mushrooms found grenades and the remains of human bones

September 21 a group of pyrotechnics of Emergency and Rescue unit of the Administration of MOE in Transcarpathian region removed and disposed of 6 grenades RG-42 and 195 rounds of ammunition of the Second World War period. These explosives had been found earlier in the settlement Yasinia (Menchelyk tract) in Rakhiv district.

The dangerous items were found by local schoolchildren picking mushrooms. The children immediately informed about this their teacher who called for a police outfit and rescuers. In addition to explosives, the remnants of human bones were also found on the site - said Administration of MOE in Transcarpathian region.
