Public activists will speak on the election initiative and the "Black Book" of Transcarpathia

On Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at 14.00 in Uzhgorod Press Club the press conference of the initiators and activists of NGOs Associations - Forum for Environmental Rescue of Transcarpathia and the coalition "Transcarpathia - for honest elections and capable deputies" - will be held. 
Public activists Oleg Luksha, Oksana Stankevich, Tetiana Myaskovska, Valentyn Voloshyn and Volodymyr Feskov will meet with the journaliststs.

They will speak about the implemention of the single initiative of Transcarpathian NGOs for a dialogue with the 58 majoritarian candidates in six constituencies of the region - "Prove the ability to be deputy."

And also:

- On the victory of activists of the Forum for Environmental Rescue of Transcarpathia in court over the cancellation of odious Regional Council's decision on the Location Scheme for 360 ​​mini-hydropower plants on the rivers of the region and on the new environmental problems in the villages of Bushtyno and Kosivska Polyana.

- On the creation of "Black Book of Transcarpathia" (printed and electronic versions) by the Forum for Environmental Rescue of Transcarpathia - to record the information about crimes in the spheres of ecology and natural resources and decisions (or inaction) of state and local governments and officials to facilitate such crimes. And on the establishment of non-honourable public insignia - "Honored destroyer of nature and the environment of Transcarpathia."
