Prosecutors of Transcarpathia will investigate the case of the shooter deputy

Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region opened a criminal case against one of the members of the Bila Tserkva village council in Tyachiv district for committing vandalism and illegal use of firearms (under Part 4 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

It was established that the member of village council started a fight with visitors of a cafe-bar, during which he shot with non-standard firearms - smoothbore autoloading pistol designed to fire non-lethal ammunition, brand "ZORAKI", which is banned in Ukraine. No one was injured, but the deputy will be held responsible for the offenses before the law.
