Kobyletska Polyana village has as much as 282 hryvnias on its account

That was said by the village head Bogdan Lebavka during a meeting with community deputy of Ukraine, candidate for Parliament Vasyl Petyovka. In this mountain village of Rakhiv district, says the head, people almost have no place to work. Currently, there are only 4 forestries, where 40 people are employed, others mostly go to work abroad. Two local kindergartens are overcrowded, and there is no money to open another group. So about a hundred children are deprived of preschool education. The village head also complains that they receive little to none money from the district budget – the village pays salaries from the collected taxes, so any development is out of the question. So now, for example, the village budget account has only 282 hryvnias.

In a conversation with those who came to the meeting Vasyl Petyovka answered many difficult questions, suggested how to overcome the problems. He noted that the area has great potential for growing apple and walnut orchards that can generate income both for families, and for the local budget.   

In his opinion, Kobyletska Polyana also has great potential for tourism development, because in addition to natural beauty, there are 9 medical sources there rich in silver, gold and nitrogen.  

 At the end of the meeting Vasyl Petyovka invited to active correspondence all those, who are not indifferent to the fate of their native village and land, and promised to consider the requests and problems of each resident.
