Ivan Baloha asks Mihai Baer to facilitate border crossing for residents of Transcarpathia

Recently, the council chairman Ivan Baloha sent an official letter to the Ambassador of Hungary in Ukraine, Mr. Mihai Baer, in which he drew attention to some of the problems people of Transcarpathia encounter crossing the Ukrainian-Hungarian border.
These days, the regional council received a response to this letter from the Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Hungary in Kyiv Miklos Morots in which it is reported that the complaints of Transcarpathians about the difficulties of crossing the Ukrainian-Hungarian border and the need for its simplification have been reported to the competent authorities of Hungary and the hope that the actions of the embassy will address this issue is expressed - the press service of the regional council reported.
