Heat in two district hospitals costs almost 35 million
In Transcarpathia winterization of social institutions continues. In five schools works are already being completed. The next step is winterization of district hospitals: Vynogradiv and Beregovo. This project is implemented in the framework of the Kyoto Protocol commitments.
As the chief doctor of Beregovo hospital Ivan Malesh told, after the winterization they expect almost 20% saving of energy. Today in five buildings works on mineral wool installation are being carried out. The replacement of old metal windows has also begun.
The replacement of windows and doors, winterization of facades, partial roof repairs in Vynogradiv hospital takes 18.6 million UAH. It's almost three million more than planned to spend in Beregovo hospital. After the completion of the winterization substantial savings are also expected here.
All savings will remain in budgets of the institutions. They plan to use them, mostly for the purchase of medicines and improving nutrition.
