Head of Chop Customs Oleksandr Pohylko continues to communicate with business people in an informal format directly ar enterprises manufacturing facilities. Yesterday he visited the "Interfil Ltd." which produces various perfume products (deodorants, creams, gels, etc.) for known international brands such as "Bourgeois", "Oriflame", "Garnier", "Colgate-Palmolive".
Today this plant is included in the registry of companies, which simplified procedures for customs control and clearance are applied to. That is, the list with the highest level of confidence.
We decided to ask the general director of "Interfil" Alain Le Roux how it is for foreign businessmen to work in a new customs law conditions. "This week marks the 6 years I have been working in Ukraine. We are fully satisfied with the conditions of business. It is a very good initiative by the head of the customs authority to come to our business that does a lot of import and export. At present we have no particular problems with customs. We plan to continue our cooperation with international brand companies, and next year we are launching a new production of "Adidas" and "Oriflame", - says French businessman Alain Le Roux.
Since the beginning of the year this enterprise transferred over 16 million hryvnias to the state budget. And thanks to the new signed agreements the range of perfumes is expanding.
Oleksandr Pohylko saw with his own eyes how the company is growing, noting: "Interfil Ltd." is in the Club of major taxpayers. After our last meeting with the head of the plant in Chop customs, we were assured that the payments to the state treasury would increase at least twice. And so it did. During the last quarter the company paid 9 million. This confirms that the plant is growing very rapidly, producing many different products of several brands. Today an electronic declaration is carried out here. The question regarding status of authorized economic operator is being considered" - said the head of customs.
This will allow to use special simplifications, such as customs control as a priority, sending goods without presenting them to customs authority, exemption from providing guarantees for the implementation of internal customs transit and many others. "I would like to note that all the innovations that are in the production of chemical industry are already being applied in this enterprise" - summed up Oleksandr Pohylko.
At the end of the tour the chief customs officer of Transcarpathia with the head of the plant arranged a "mini-race." The quality and speed of a rather unconventional hard work won - informed Victoria Senhetovska, spokeswoman of the Chop customs.
