Cabinet of Ministers raised pensions for 100-year-old retirees

The Government of Ukraine has taken care of 100-year-old retirees. According to the Business newspaper, the appropriate resolution of the Cabinet improves the social protection of veterans, 100-year-old citizens and those who have made ​​special contributions to the motherland, as well as victims of Nazi persecution. Representatives of these categories will be receiving bonuses to their pensions in the treble.

All other 100-year-olds will be receiving bonuses to their lifetime allowance or the state social aid.

The bonus shall be equal to 20% of the subsistence minimum established for citizens unable to work.
