Video cameras at all polling stations will have been set by 12-15 October 2012. As of October 1, at 10 thousand polling stations cameras have already been installed. Today this was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at the meeting with Ambassador of Germany to Ukraine Christoph Weil, reported the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
"The government has allocated significant resources to install cameras at polling stations. As of October 1, out of 34 thousand polling stations 10 thousand stations have alredy been equipped with such cameras. We hope that by October 12, at latest October 15, cameras will have been installed at all polling stations," - said the prime minister, adding that the cameras will allow online observation of the election process.
