October 4 the prosecutor of Uzhgorod, in the interests of the local community, filed to the Commercial Court of Transcarpathian region a petition for annulment of the tender on disposing of the property (known as the "Crown") at 5, 7 Teatralna Square in Uzhgorod and cancellation of procedural orders for the privatization of the mentioned property.
According to the Uzhgorod prosecutor Ivan Shtefanyuk, under Articles 66, 67 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine city prosecution made the petition on the application of injunctive relief in the form of prohibition to perform any action on the execution of contract for sale of the privatization object and registration of property rights.
By the decision of the Commercial Court of the Transcarpathian region, on October 9, 2012 the proceedings were opened and the motion on the claim was granted by means of the prohibition to take any action on disposing of the "Crown" complex – informed the press service of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region.
