Vice Speaker of Parliament, one of the leaders of "Batkivshchyna" Mykola Tomenko admits that opposition parties can not form a majority in the new Rada due to the "majoritarian component", informs the "Obozrevatel".
In addition to total administrative resources and bribery of voters, according to Tomenko, such a result was caused by "smart" Ukrainian rural residents, who in the multi-member constituency voted for the opposition, and in single-member constituencies voted for candidates who had given them 150 or 200 UAH.
